- Shipping & Delivery
- Our shipping and delivery policy is quite simple; it’s quick and it’s free! Our shipping department expedites your order to ensure you receive your products in a timely manner. We strive for delivery within 48 hours wherever possible; however, some products may take longer to deliver as they take longer to procure from the supplier. We have our own delivery service within the GTA and use UPS outside of the GTA area. Your order will be shipped directly to you from our offices in the original packaging. Circumstances permitting, we will use your provided contact information to alert you to the date and time of your product delivery. For this reason, please ensure that we have current contact information when placing your order.

HelpfulHands uses industry-standard encryption to protect the confidentiality of the information you submit during checkout. When you submit an order or payment information to us, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect that information in transit. With SSL technology, the web address starts with "https://" instead of "http://" to indicate that your information is encrypted during transmission.
- Returns & Replacements
- At HelpfulHands we pride ourselves on accuracy and quality and as such any product delivered to you that is not what was originally ordered can be returned within 20 days, providing proper notice was given to HelpfulHands within 48 hours of delivery and the product is returned in its original unopened packaging. Due to health reasons some of the products cannot be returned once opened and we would caution you to examine the product thoroughly BEFORE removing the packaging. In the unlikely event that we have ordered or delivered the wrong product we will pick up and replace the incorrect product at no additional cost to you. Please be aware that these products come with a manufacturer’s warranty that may restrict your options should the product not meet your expectations. Be assured that we will work with you to the best of our ability to ensure that you are satisfied with the product you have received.

- Our website is state of the art and very user friendly. It will guide you step by step through the ordering process.
